* We only count an athlete if the account is active and has at least one session planned up in the billable month. If no session is planned up, the account is not counted towards the allowed quota.
** Active coaches count towards the quota regardless of whether they manage athletes. Head coaches are billed like regular coaches.

For who is resolut?
resolut is for online coaches and gyms wishing to provide a better training experience for their athletes and/or to assist teaching of new skills.
What does resolut do?
resolut provides a white-label solution to create and maintain training programs for athletes. By using our library of exercises and training session the effort to create training programs is reduced.
What does the 'Custom' plan contain?
The 'Custom' plan builds upon the 'Gym' plan. We can customize the system to cater to your facility or add a feature extra for you. Please reach out to us to discuss the possibilities.
Is there a free trial version of resolut?
Yes, the first 30 days are free of charge. After 30 days, regular billing applies. If you cancel before the 30th day, you will not be billed.
Can I cancel resolut?
Yes, you can cancel by the end of the month. Please contact our customer support to cancel.
Do you provide images/videos?
We provide an illustration for each exercise. The illustration does not replace the instructions from a certified coach. We do not provide videos.
How is the cost calculated?
You will be charged the base fee according to your plan. For each extra coach/athlete you are billed in addition. A coach is considered billable if the account's status is active. A athlete is considered active if the account is active and there's at least one session planned up in the billable month.
When am I billed?
You will be billed on the 5th of the following month. Invoices are sent by email.
Do you offer white-label apps in the Google Play/App Store?
Currently you can access the mobile app by scanning the QR code given to you during the sign up process. Upon request, we can also provide white-label apps in the Google Play/App Store at extra cost.
